Due to continued growth, Woolpert is seeking a Junior IT Support professional to provide technical assistance to both remote and in-office employees, ensuring smooth IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to remote and in-office employees via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues for both in-office and remote workers
• Set up and manage devices, VPNs, and network connectivity for remote access
• Install, update, and troubleshoot essential software and collaboration tools (eg Teams, Zoom, Microsoft 365)
• Ensure security protocols are followed, including password resets, MFA, and data protection
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding, including equipment setup and account management
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, addressing potential issues proactively
• Maintain clear documentation for troubleshooting and common issues
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex IT issues and improve user experience
• Provide training and support for IT systems and best practices

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT support experience
• National Diploma in a related field (eg IT, Computer Science)
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
• Experience with remote desktop support
• Familiarity with collaboration tools and cloud-based platforms like Microsoft Azure & Office 365
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to support both in-office and remote employees effectively
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• A+ certification is an added advantage
